The default mail settings can be configured in this section. The mail ids that
can be set include Administrator Mail Id, Technical Mail Id, Escalation Mail Id
etc. In addition, you can set the from name to point your helpdesk
software's name or your site's name or whatever. You can also set the from
email address. This will be the from address used for sending each and every
mails in the system. There are also options for setting the reply mail, reply
name etc.
