To configure the notification (or other action) in connection with particular Event:
The list of event types displays the following:
Note: You can narrow the list of events (shown on the Settings screen) down to order-related, subscription-related, etc. using the filter option.
Note: Not only notifications but many other actions can be associated with system events. For example, such event as expiration of the trial period may be followed with services termination. The set of Actions available depends on the nature of a particular event.
The appearance of the Actions screen depends upon whether it is possible to circumstantiate the event processing or not. In other words, whether there are different types of an object (invoice, account, or a subscription) involved in the selected event or not.
For example, there are no classification for invoices. And if you select an invoice-related event, then on the Actions screen you will see the single form named Invoice with the Add Action button. And if you select the subscription-related event, you will see several similar forms (one for subscriptions in general and several ones for different subscription types: Dedicated, Container, Plesk, etc.). This allows attaching separate actions to a subscription in general and some additional actions to particular subscription types.
The names of already attached actions are shown below the object(s) name(s). You can click on an action name to change it.
Note: If the event selected allows setting different actions for different types of an object involved in an event, we recommend you first of all check the actions for an object in general and after this configure actions for different object types.
Any action can be enabled or disabled without respect to whether an event is currently enabled or not.
Other actions are available depending on the type of object involved in an event. For example, subscriptions allow performing actions on subscription (e.g., put on hold or activate), and Virtuozzo Container subscription allows performing an action under Container (e.g., start Container, Stop Container, etc.).
