Creating IP Pools

The IP addresses assets assigned to the Parallels Business Automation - Standard cluster are managed by groups (IP pools). IP pools should be assigned to particular types of hosting available in Parallels Business Automation - Standard. Assigning an IP pool to a specific type of hosting means that IP addresses from this IP pool will be used for particular type of services provisioning. This assignment is exclusive, i.e., it is not possible to assign an IP pool to several types of hosting.

Please enter the parameters of the IP pool assigned for each type of hosting (Virtuozzo Containers, name-based Containers, and Plesk Domain hosting):

  1. Type the starting IP address of the IP pool in the First IP address field.
  2. Type the ending IP address of the IP pool in the Last IP address field.
  3. Type the primary DNS server IP address in the Primary DNS field.
  4. Type the secondary DNS server IP address in the Secondary DNS field.
  5. Type the netmask of the IP pool subnet in the Netmask field (in the form like 255.255.255.0).
