Registering the Remote Server

You need to register the remote server in HSPcomplete to fetch the customer's web data. After the remote server is registered, the information about all the web accounts that exist on this server will be saved in the HSPcomplete database and the web accounts hosted on the remote server will appear in the Remote Accounts list.

To register the remote server in the HSPcomplete:

  1. Select Migration Director - Migration Manager.
  2. Click on the Remote Servers link at the Migration Manager dashboard. The list of remote servers appears on the screen.
  3. Click the New Remote Server button. The New Remote Server form appears on the screen.
  4. Fill the form:
  5. Click the Save button. The remote server accounts data will be fetched from the remote server and the remote accounts ready for migration will appear in the Remote Accounts list within your Migration Manager.
